My standard D Flute design Model 1 has a moderately large internal bore and large fingerholes and a powerful and well rounded tone.

The Model 2 version comes with a slightly narrower internal bore and narrower finger hole spacing; lighter in tone and easier to blow.

Standard finish
long foot joint, solid silver rings, tuning slide (with the head joint fully lined) and a screw adjusted stopper. The standard embouchure hole is large and oval.

Tone and Response
Model 1: fat tone with depth and great dynamics.
Model 2: has a smoother more elegant tone, highlighting colour and harmonics.
